Available Dates:
Swap events focus on specific types of items, such as books, movies, and toys. Residents can trade items with each other at no charge in a fun and safe environment.
Rather than throwing them away, or letting them collect dust on the shelf, you can give them a second life and find something new for yourself! Bring up to five items to trade, free of charge.
The Reuse Centre will still be open for regular business during the swap, so you are welcome to drop off any donations you may have while you're here.
Time: 10am-3pm
Date | Event Type |
---|---|
August 16 | Back to School Swap non-electronic school supplies that are not normally accepted, like clothing, lunch boxes, water bottles and more. |
September 20 | Books Books must be in good condition. No encyclopedias or textbooks. |
October 18 | Halloween Costumes Must be in clean and wearable condition. |
November 15 | Toys Swap usable outgrown toys. |
Looking to host your own event? Our workshop room is available free of charge to groups promoting Reuse and Reduction education.
