Stanley A. Milner Library Parkade Closure
The Stanley A. Milner Library parkade will be closed to the public from 4pm December 31, 2025 to 2am January 1, 2026 for the New Year’s Eve celebration. Vehicles must be removed from the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade by 4pm on December 31 to ensure safety; no parking sessions in the parkade will be started or existing ones extended during that time. Parking is available at Canada Place parkade, City Hall parkade and on-street, except where posted.

Access to the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade will change as the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project transitions into the winter season.

- The parkade entrance at 100 Street will close early January 2026 and reopen in April 2026
Starting Tuesday, August 5, vehicles can only access the parkade at the 102A Avenue entrance, due to the 99 Street Update project. The current entry from the north via 103A Avenue will be closed. The detour will be in effect until late spring 2026. Please plan for extra time when entering or leaving the parkade.
The Canada Place parkade will be closed overnight for routine cleaning from November 24-25 between 8pm and 6am. There will be no access to the parkade during those times. All vehicles must be removed by 8pm. Please plan ahead if you intend to park late or overnight; the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade is available for alternate parking.
