Access to the Stanley A. Milner Library parkade will change as the 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project transitions into the winter season.
- The parkade entrance at 100 Street will close early January 2026 and reopen in April 2026
Access to the City Hall parkade from the south at 102A Avenue and 99 Street is unavailable due to the ongoing 99 Street Streetscaping and Waterproof Project. Access to the parkade is available from the north at 103A Avenue and 99 Street.
