Project Update - Spring 2025
In 2025, Ledcor will continue to add mechanical, electrical and architectural elements to the interior of the pedway on the section of the tunnel north of 103A Avenue.
Along the south portion of 99 street, crews will continue to complete the tunnel structure, before moving to the north section in late summer 2025.
Work is also anticipated to begin on the exterior entrance “pop-up” near the CN Tower bus loop on 103A Ave this construction season.
While construction takes place, sections of 103A Avenue and 99 Street will be closed to vehicle traffic and signage will be posted to help pedestrians, cyclists and motorists navigate the area.

Walking and cycling upgrades and enhanced landscaping are in preliminary design for 99 Street north of 102A Avenue and on 103A Avenue from 101 Street to 97 Street.
