The following are LRT escalators and elevators that are currently out of service. To report required maintenance, please call 311.​ 

Bay Station Escalator Replacement

The west platform escalator at Bay Station (104 Street entrances) will be closed due to construction to replace the original platform escalator. To access the Bay Station platform or concourse, please use the stairs, elevators or east platform escalators (103 Street entrances).

Corona Station Escalator Replacement

The west platform escalator at Corona Station is currently undergoing a complete replacement. This escalator is scheduled to return to service in spring 2020. To move between the station’s concourse and platform, please use the stairs, elevators or east platform escalator.

Outages

Below are the real-time reports for LRT escalators and elevators that are out of service. At this time there is no automated detection for elevator failures.

Maintenance Schedule

Scheduled escalator maintenance usually takes less than 2-hours to complete. Work takes place between 6:30am-4:30pm.

Scheduled elevator maintenance usually takes less than 4-hours to complete. Work takes place between 10am-2pm (outside of peak operating times) when possible.

LRT Messaging Boards

LRT Messaging Boards are installed at many LRT stations on the concourse and platform level. These messaging boards contain visual elements that help transit riders identify Track 1 and Track 2, see the end destination (Clareview or Century Park), and know when the next train will arrive (in minutes).

The scrolling texts along the bottom of the signs are regularly updated with ETS-related news, such as elevator and escalator outages, current weather, ETS contact information and more.

Note: ETS is now live testing software updates to the arrival signs. If live testing goes well, the signs will remain on. If adjustments are required, the signs may be temporarily unavailable.

Requesting Assistance

Should you arrive at an elevator that is out of service and require assistance please call 311. You may also use any of the available security features (Blue Emergency Phones, Direct Access Phones, Emergency Push Buttons) on the system to initiate communication with ETS staff.
