Field House Closure
Kinsmen Fieldhouse is closed from April 13, 2026 to summer/fall 2027 for necessary rehabilitation. This Kinsmen Field House rehabilitation is fully funded and will deliver significant improvements, including artificial turf installation on the centre courts, installation of a five-lane synthetic competitive lower running track, an expanded and reimagined Functional Training Centre (FTC) and more. These enhancements reflect our commitment to creating a modern, high-performing sport and serious individual fitness environment for all users.

As of January 2026, patrons at Kinsmen Sports Centre, as well as After-school Youth Pass holders, will require a MoveLearnPlay account. These accounts provide quicker access for patrons and help create a safe environment at our Recreation Centres. Public areas, such as lobbies, will remain accessible for everyone.
