  • Please arrive early enough for class to start on time, but no earlier than 15 minutes
  • Carry with you:
    • Proof of registration (e-mail or printed copy)
    • Yoga mat or towel
    • Hand sanitizer
    • Sweat towel
    • Clothing for the elements
