Parkade Closures

City Hall Parkade is closed until further notice.

Parking is available at Stanley A. Milner Library parkade or on-street. Please contact 311 if you have questions related to the closure.

Changes to Paying by Mobile Device

On April 29, 2024, the City of Edmonton is launching a new mobile payment system to enhance customer experience with parking across the city. Paying for daily parking will be simpler and easier to do by mobile phone without using an app or online account.

Customers can quickly pay for parking online at HotSpot Parking, or by scanning a QR code posted on EPark machines.

Please note that at this time, the top-up function on the current EPark account has been disabled. Customers can continue to use their existing balance until April 29, and can pay at the existing EPark machines when funds run out.

For those who like to use an app to pay and manage parking, a new app by HotSpot will be available on Google Play and the App Store on May 15, 2024.

EPark features introduced in 2023 including free 15-minute curbside parking, extended hours, and adjusted rates will apply under the new system.
