Project Update - November 2025
41 Avenue between 170 Street to Chappelle Way began in spring 2025 and was substantially completed in fall 2025. The road was upgraded to meet current City standards, better accommodate traffic flow and general road maintenance.
Reconstruction included:
- Removal and replacement of asphalt
- Upgraded road base
- Replacement of culvert for resident and business access
- Installation of guard rails
- Landscaping
Project Overview
Construction on 41 Avenue, from 170 Street to Chappelle Way, is planned to begin in spring 2025.
Reconstruction is planned to upgrade roads to meet the current City standards and better accommodate traffic flow and the upkeep of general road maintenance.
The project is anticipated to begin in spring 2025 and be completed by the end of 2025. During this time, 41 Avenue from 170 Street to Chappelle Way will be closed temporarily to traffic. Alternative routes are recommended. Local access for residents will be maintained.
