The City of Edmonton is financing $99 million in infrastructure investments with revenues from The Quarters Downtown Community Revitalization Levy. These capital investments include upgrading drainage and sanitary services to handle the higher-density residential and commercial development, as well as streetscaping improvements and a new park design and construction. These projects are helping to transform The Quarters Downtown into a diverse and inclusive community.
