From payments to permits to transit passes and programs, the Edmonton Service Centre offers access to many services that support Edmontonians.
Due to high demand, customers are encouraged to book an appointment. For walk-in customers, the average wait time could be longer than expected. We will do our best to ensure we can support customers within regular business hours, however we may not be able to serve everyone due to wait times.
Depending on the service, we offer appointments virtually, over the phone or in person. We encourage pre-booked appointments when possible. Appointments are free and many types can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
If you are visiting in person, we are located at 10111 104 Avenue, on the second floor of the Edmonton Tower.
