The employee experience is about listening, learning and doing our part in equipping each other to do our best work.

The City of Edmonton is committed to creating and sustaining a positive employee experience.

Surveys are one of the ways we receive feedback from our employees. They allow leaders to apply the engagement principles of listen, learn and lead to further enhance our workplace.

United Way

As part of our employee experience, each year, City employees proudly come together to raise funds in support of United Way, the City's corporate charity of choice.

The money raised by the City's campaign is used to fund the programs and services offered that address a range of needs in the community like supporting mental health networks, improving access to education, and promoting financial security.
