In order to secure monthly parking in either the Canada Place or  Stanley A. Milner Library parkades, an application will need to be submitted and approved by the City.  Complete the following form and the City will contact you within 5-7 business days.



Please note there will be a $25 deposit for the placard. 

Hours of Operation: 24/7 for monthly pass holders
Height Restrictions: 6'1 or 1.85m
Number of stalls: 860 (13 accessible)
Cost: $350 plus GST

In addition to the placard, Canada Place requires an access card for entrance into the parkade.

There will be a $25 deposit each for the placard and the access card.  All deposits will be refunded once returned.
