A planning application (map) has been received for a property at 9267 110A Avenue NW. The application proposes to rezone the property from Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2).
The proposed DC2 rezoning will bring the existing 6-unit apartment building into conformity with the current zoning bylaw. The proposal includes parking at the rear of the building.
An associated application has been made to amend the Boyle Street/McCauley Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the rezoning.
