The current zoning is Direct Development Control Provision (DC1).
The proposed zoning is for Direct Development Control Provision (DC1) and Residential Low-Density Zone (RLD). The proposed DC1 Zone will allow for ground-oriented, multi-unit housing in the form of Row Houses with a reduced rear setback of 1.2 meters for detached garages.
The proposed RLD zone will allow for a range of ground-oriented housing forms including single and semi-detached housing with a flexibility of lot sizes to provide housing choice and accommodate a mix of housing types.
