COVID-19 Utility Billing Changes

As of March 18, 2020:

  • Residential, small commercial and farm customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their utility bills may defer paying them for up to 90 days.
  • No late fees will be applied during this 90-day deferral period.
  • Utility providers will not disconnect or disrupt service to residential, small commercial or farm customers due to their accounts being in arrears. Some customers may receive disconnection notices that were mailed prior to the outbreak. These disconnections will not happen.
  • Customers who wish to defer payments need to contact 310-4300.

Customers are encouraged to go to to pay their bills, sign up for ebill or start/stop services, as phone systems may become strained due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Though phone service may be delayed, it is still available at 310-4300.
