Many schools around the city are served by regular ETS bus routes. Some bus routes have extra trips that are timed for students at a particular school. ETS also operates School Special bus routes on school days to supplement regular bus routes.
From September to June, we recommend students purchase their monthly passes from the school they attend. Edmonton Catholic (ECS) and Edmonton Public (EPSB) school boards purchase these passes from ETS for full price and sell the passes to students at a discount. Contact your school directly for your student’s pass prices.
ETS permits limited use of the Yellow School Bus Pass. Each Yellow Bus Pass holder is allowed 6 trips per month on regular transit service for travel prior to 8pm. The Yellow Bus Pass must be punched by an Operator at the location marked on the pass, which is considered payment of one student fare. The student should receive a valid transfer for 90 minutes of travel; this is permitted for the pass holder only.
