If you have any questions, please contact the Program Coordinator.
The City of Edmonton is not able to support individuals directly with fare product. Instead, we support individuals in need of subsidized transit through a variety of agencies and programs. Please reach out to any agencies that you are already connected with to see if they offer any support for access to transit. All City of Edmonton transit subsidy programs can be found on edmonton.ca within our Fare Assistance Programs.
