Water, Wastewater Treatment, and Drainage Services Performance Based Rates Applications

City Council approved Bylaw 17698 on October 25, 2016 that sets customer rates for water services and wastewater treatment services charged by EPCOR Water Services Inc. for the 5-year period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2022.

City Council also approved Bylaw 18100 on September 12, 2017 that sets customer rates for drainage services charged by EPCOR Water Services Inc. for the period January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022. 

EPCOR Water Services Inc. has submitted performance based rates applications to the City of Edmonton, requesting approval from City Council to establish new customer rates for water services for the 5-year period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2027, and for wastewater treatment and drainage services for the 3-year period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025.

Applications Review

The performance based rates applications will be reviewed by the Utility Committee at the June 25, 2021 meeting prior to being approved by City Council.
