If there are multiple organizations involved in the event, please share information for a primary contact person. You can add more organization names to indicate all those involved in the "Event Description" section.

Protection of Privacy

Personal information is collected to support the City of Edmonton’s promotion and coordination of National Indigenous History Month events and related activities. The information will be used to review submitted event details, contact submitting organizations if more information is needed, and share approved event information through City communications channels.

Collection is authorized under section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act and will be managed and protected in accordance with the Act.

The City may use the information in an automated system to help generate content, organize submissions or support communications planning, in accordance with the City of Edmonton Generative AI Standard.
