Muttart Birthday Party Information Package

Little Sprouts Party (Ages 4-5)

Spend your birthday discovering plants the preschool way. Search for leaf shapes and colours, and try to match a few leaf textures, too. Take a jungle trek through the tropical pyramid to find the biggest trees, and travel through the desert to find the prickliest plants. Then play some games, make a craft, and pot a plant to take home.

Program Length: 1.5 hours plus 1 hour room rental
Fee: $260
Maximum Group Size: 25 people, including parents and siblings (a minimum of 4 adults must stay with the children to assist with supervision)
Available: Year-round

Little Ladybugs and Friends Party (Ages 4-10)

Celebrate your birthday and learn all about ladybugs and other cool insects that help our gardens grow! We’ll play games, make a ladybug craft and take home a plant that we pot ourselves! To add some extra excitement, guests will get a chance to release some real beneficial bugs into one of the pyramids. You’ll be seeing spots after this delightful and unique party.

Note: The Little Ladybug program does not include a ladybug release. Participants will still have the chance to interact with living bugs.

A Bloomin' Great Birthday (Ages 6-11)

Have a “blooming” great birthday no matter the weather by taking a journey through the jungle and a dance through the desert. In each of the pyramids, your party guests will participate in exciting activities and explore the beauty of plants from around the world. To top off a terrific party, each guest will get to pot their very own plant to take home.

Birthday parties are available year round, but space is limited. We recommend parties be booked at least 6 weeks in advance. Book early to avoid disappointment! Payment for the program must be made at the time of booking.

Program Cancellation

You are required to provide written notice of cancellation of the birthday party via email at artsattractionsbookings@edmonton.ca
Programs cancelled with 30 days' or more notice will not be charged the program fee or cancellation fee
Cancellations with 8-29 days notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the program fee
Programs cancelled with less than 8 days notice, the full program fee will be charged
Programs run rain or shine
In the event of poor weather or emergency, email artsattractionsbookings@edmonton.ca to let us know you will not be coming
