The Edmonton Valley Zoo is hosting Sensory-Friendly Days! Join us down at the zoo from March 25 to March 31, 10am-4 pm, as we launch some new and exciting sensory-friendly initiatives.
And don’t forget, between February 18 - March 31, 2023, Alberta residents can receive 2-for-1 admission to both the Edmonton Valley Zoo and the Muttart Conservatory. Simply purchase your admission to either facility and then show your receipt with a piece of valid Alberta identification to receive your FREE admission to the other facility!
Your first admission can be purchased online in advance or upon arrival. Your second admission ticket will be given at the gate at the time of your visit.

Want to learn more about these adorable tree dwelling animals? From their bushy striped tails to their sharp bamboo chomping teeth, red pandas are full of awesome adaptations. Join us by the panda's favourite climbing trees to learn more about this amazing species.
Not only are reindeer some of Santa’s magical helpers—they've also mastered the ability to survive in one of the harshest climates in the world! Join the reindeer on their daily walk and learn how these magnificent animals have adapted to living in the Arctic.
General admission applies to all events. All activities are free with general admission. Annual Zoo Membership Passes and Leisure Access Passes can be used for events that occur during regular operating hours.
The Valley Zoo Development Society, our non-profit society, also runs evening fundraising events at Edmonton Valley Zoo. These events, such as ZooFest, the Zoolander Fashion Show, Zoo Brew and Zoominescence, are coordinated through the Valley Zoo Development Society.
