River Valley - Trail Cautions and Closures

On-Street Construction and Maintenance Permits
Provides information on OSCAM permits, which are generally required for all work on City roads right-of-way.

OSCAM Permit Application
Apply for an OSCAM permit using your Customer ID number.  If you don’t have one, call 780-442-6458 or email roaduse.permit@edmonton.ca.

Temporary Crossing Permit (TCP)
Apply for this permit if you need to temporarily cross a boulevard or sidewalk to private property when there is no legal access. 

Utility Line Assignment
Apply for a City agreement to install utilities on City roads right of way.
