Proposed Rezoning and Plan Amendment
A revised planning application (map) has been received for a property at 11315 128 Street NW.
This application has been revised since it was first received. The application now proposes to rezone the site from the to the Row Housing Zone (RF5) to allow for the development of row housing.
An amendment is still required to the West Ingle Area Redevelopment Plan, which does not allow for development of this intensity at this location.
