A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 14504 Fort Road NW and 15304 Fort Road NW, 15120 34 Street NW, and 3403 153 Avenue NW and 3501A 153 Avenue NW.
The application proposes to rezone an undeveloped site, which has an existing Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2.937), to a revised Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2), and Agricultural Zone (AG).
The rezoning will exclude an area of the original DC2 provision (the area being rezoned AG). The rezoning aligns regulations with the new risk and rail policy of the Ebbers Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan, and modifies the DC2 Provision by adding some uses and clarifying some regulations.
