The proposed zoning is for a Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2) which is identical to the existing zone, except for the addition of Major Alcohol Sales as an allowable use.

An associated application has been made to amend the Stadium Station Area Redevelopment Plan to enable the proposed rezoning.
