Citizens can call 311 between 7am and 7pm, Mon-Sat (closed on Sundays and statutory holidays*)

Language Translation: Non-English-speaking callers may request help from an interpreter. Our interpretive service offers help in more than 180 languages.
After Hours: If you encounter urgent bylaw matters or public safety concerns outside of regular hours, call 311 and select from the options available.
*Closed: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Truth and Reconciliation Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Boxing Day, Christmas Day.
