The Community and Recreation Facilities Branch provides eligible non-profit agencies with complimentary admissions to City-operated attractions and recreation facilities and considers requests for facility rental discounts.
We are committed to ensuring City attractions and recreation facilities are accessible to all Edmontonians and to encourage healthy and active living by supporting community-focused recreational, leisure, social and cultural programs.
Donation Facility Pass Program
The Donation Facility Pass Program provides eligible registered non-profit agencies and charities with a facility admission donation package.

- Non-profit or charitable organizations that contribute to the social well-being of the community
- Non-profit or charitable organization fundraisers (raffles, silent auctions, door prizes) that directly benefit high-need populations
- Requests for cash donations
- Political organizations
- Staff or volunteer recognition
- Past events
- More than one request per calendar year
- Requests from individuals
- Requests from groups whose majority of members are not Edmonton residents
Bulk Admission Discounts
Groups, organizations and companies can purchase bulk admissions to City attractions, golf courses, and recreation facilities at a discount.
Leisure Access Program
Allows eligible low-income Edmontonians to access participating City recreation facilities through a subsidized pass.
Corporate Wellness Program
Provides employees of participating companies with discounts on admission to City-operated sports and fitness centres.
Community League Wellness Program
Edmonton community league members with a valid membership card are eligible for discounted memberships to City-operated sports and fitness centres.
