Review Process

  • Requests must be submitted through the online submission no later than 14 days from the date the City sent the unwanted alarm fee invoice
  • The requester must provide evidence supporting their review submission to the City
  • If within the legal timeframe, a review is conducted based on the submission and the circumstances presented with evidence
  • A decision and response to the request will be provided to the requester within 60 days of receiving the evidence provided
  • No further reviews will be conducted by City administration
