The Phase 2 Parking Ban resumes on Monday, January 10. As of 7am, vehicles in residential and industrial areas must be moved off of the roadways to allow crews to effectively clear the snow. Edmontonians can view an interactive online map to confirm where crews are operating and which areas have been cleared.

The volunteer leader (main contact at time of registration) must complete the training modules and competency checks before picking up the planting kit. Training must be completed no later than one week before the scheduled shift.
Placeholders are scheduled on Mondays for self-guided shifts. Following the selected Monday, a planting kit pick-up time will be arranged. You will have one week to complete the planting and return the kit to our office.
Visit VolunteerMark to view available shifts; look for placeholders on Mondays.
You will receive an email from VolunteerMark that your shift is held, pending approval. Please respond to this email with your preferred planting location and expected attendance number within 48 hours to confirm your shift.
Root for Trees will send you a confirmation email once your preferred planting location and expected attendance number has been received. This email will include links to mandatory training, which must be completed no later than one week before the scheduled shift.
