Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) at the City:
- Holds the City accountable through transparent and frequent reporting of our strategic goals, performance targets and results achieved
- Helps business areas improve programs and services by examining how the City is doing and where we can improve
- Provides relevant and accurate data to support better decision-making
Open Performance
Our public-facing reporting site provides real-time performance updates on the City's strategic priorities and goals.
Annual Reporting
Provides updates on the progress of initiatives outlined in the Corporate Business Plan. This includes transforming the City for the future, while providing the services most important to Edmontonians today.

Enterprise Performance Management Policy, C600 establishes the City’s approach to enterprise performance management as a systematic process to prioritize, measure, report and improve performance relative to what is important to Council and citizens.
