Leasing Opportunities

Located in Edmonton's west end, the Orange Hub is a community center designed to foster collaboration among organizations and individuals, all working towards a stronger, more active community. 

This four-story building, previously a school, offers open corridors, common areas, and accessibility, making it an ideal spot for arts, recreation, wellness and learning initiatives. On-site meeting rooms are also available for all tenants to rent periodically.

Note: The spaces currently available for lease are not eligible for subsidized rates and are only available at market lease rates.
