A planning application (map) has been received for a plan amendment and rezoning for a property at 3325 153 Avenue NW.
The proposed DC2 zoning will allow for office/commercial development and requires increased setbacks from property lines that are next to the rail line to the east, a pipeline to the west and utility easements to the south.
An associated plan amendment to the Ebbers Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan to modify implementation requirements within the setback from the rail line is also proposed.
