The Master Composter Recycler program is a "learn and serve" volunteer program. It includes both training and volunteer experience.

Program participants learn all about waste in Edmonton, with a focus on waste reduction. They learn about the City's waste system and how to effectively encourage others to adopt sustainable waste habits.
