Weed Control on Sports Fields

To ensure the safety and usability of our sports fields, all 1,465 fields across the city will be assessed in the coming weeks, and a low-risk herbicide (iron chelate) will be applied as needed. The condition of many of these fields will also be improved with top-dressing and aeration.
