A planning application (map) has been received for properties at 9404 152A Avenue NW, and 9103 and 9323 153 Avenue NW.
The proposed DC2 rezoning would allow the development of a tiny home village for military veterans. The proposal includes:
- A maximum 21 dwellings as tiny homes
- A common outdoor amenity area
- An amenity building for residents
Public Engagement Session
Edmontonians were invited to a drop-in engagement session on February 5, 2020 to learn more about the proposed rezoning of City-owned lands located east of 94A Street NW and south of 153 Avenue NW.
The engagement session was an opportunity for the public to learn more about the proposal and share their views with the City and the applicant. Feedback will be summarized in a report to City Council when the rezoning proposal goes to a future City Council Public Hearing for a decision.
