The application proposed to rezone the property from Agricultural Zone (AG) to General Business Zone (CB2), Semi-detached Residential Zone (RF4), Medium-Rise Apartment Zone (RA8), Urban Services Zone (US), and Public Utility Zone (PU).
The proposed rezoning would have allowed for the development of medium-rise apartments, semi-detached housing, commercial buildings, a religious assembly, and open space.
A plan amendment to the Edgemont Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan is required to accommodate the proposed rezoning.
