Tours and presentations are free for Edmonton residents unless otherwise noted.

Available to: Any business or community group in Edmonton. We kindly require at least 10 people to run this presentation.

Hardly anything we dispose of is truly garbage. We’ll take you on a virtual tour of Edmonton’s world renowned waste management system, where you’ll discover how much of the waste you set out on the curb can be used as a resource. We’ll answer your questions about recycling and Eco Stations, and discuss how we must all do our part to keep waste out of the landfill.

Home composting is fun, easy and one of the most impactful things we can do to reduce our waste! We offer workshops for individuals and small groups. Fees may apply.
Can’t make a workshop? Drop in at Compost School to see different types of composters and get helpful hints. Staffed on weekends and holidays, Victoria Day to Labour Day.
The Reuse Centre offers a variety of group programs and reuse workshops for adults and children. Check out the Reuse Centre for offerings. Fees may apply.
