First Time Using SAP Ariba?
Suppliers interested in bidding on City procurement opportunities and City contracted suppliers who have been asked to work with the City using the Ariba Network, will need to create an SAP Ariba account. Only one account per supplier please. If this is your first time using SAP Ariba, create an SAP Ariba account at https://discovery.ariba.com.
The City will be using the Ariba Network to issue purchase orders (PO), receive invoices and communicate payment information.
The SAP Ariba Network will allow you to easily receive and track orders, manage shipping details, create e-invoices and receive payment information - all conveniently online. All transactions with the City of Edmonton are free.

In 2020, City of Edmonton contracted suppliers who currently transact with the City will be asked to use the Ariba Network. The City is now using the Ariba Network to issue purchase orders, receive invoices and communicate payment information to contracted suppliers.
Suppliers are required to have an Ariba Network account to be able to do business with the City. Only one account per supplier please. Multiple users can be assigned to one supplier account.
