Workout of the Month

March Workout

This month's workout is a full-body High Intensity Circuit which can be done anywhere, and without equipment. (But you can easily add weight if needed!)

February Workout

This workout focuses on upper and lower back exercises. It is designed to prevent lower back pain and help to maintain good posture.
