Street Cleaning
The Spring Clean-up program involves the efforts of both the Transportation Department and Parks (AMPW) to remove the debris left from the winter season on over 4700 km of roadway.
Did you know?
80% of the sand collected from City streets is recycled and re-used to sand our roadways during the winter months. Sand recycling is an EcoVision Edmonton program to help protect the environment.
