Legal Property Base and Curbs

Our property and road data can be used to generate a wealth of custom maps in the scale and format you need.

The property base information, which includes lot size, description and street names, is from plans registered with the Alberta Registries office. The curb and road information is supplied by the Streets Engineering branch records, and terrestrial or photogrammetric survey. This information cannot be used to determine property boundaries as it is not taken from legal surveys.

Note: Information is available digitally in MicroStation DGN format, AutoCAD DWG format, or in colour or black and white hard copies.
