How do I use BusLink
Dial 780-496-1600 on your touchtone phone. If you need schedule information, enter the four or five-digit bus stop number. If you're looking for special events or other ETS information, please call the relevant number.
Sample BusLink Call
The caller wishes to know current schedule information for the bus stop with bus stop number 1702. Imagine the time is 9:45am.
Caller dials 780-496-1600.
"Welcome to BusLink, Edmonton Transit's 24-hour automated information system.
For schedule information, press 1. "
Caller Presses "1".
"For schedule information for this time of day, press 1. "
Caller Presses "1".
"Enter your four or five-digit bus stop number followed by the star key. "
Caller Presses "1-7-0-2".
"You have selected bus stop 1-7-0-2 at 109 Street and 104 Avenue.
The schedule for today at 9:45am Route 8, destination Kingsway Transit Centre, is expected at 9:56am, next bus at 10:11am

Do I have to listen to the entire BusLink menu before making my selection?
No, BusLink has a "skip ahead" feature which allows you to select your choice at any point of the menu. BusLink will skip to the information you select.
