Senior Fares

The 2009 Annual Pass can be purchased at the ETS Customer Service Centre in Churchill Station. Cost for the Annual Pass is $111.25 (the Low Income Annual Pass costs $48.00). 

Note: Please remember that to use a Senior Monthly Pass, you need to be 65 years old. Customers under 65 years using this pass could be subject to a fine of $150.


How to Pay for Your Pass

ETS customers 65 years of age or older are eligible to pay reduced transit fares. ETS offers five convenient ways to pay.

Low Income Senior Annual Pass

Residents of Edmonton, 65 years of age and older qualify for a senior citizen's bus pass at $111.25. Seniors in receipt of the Federal Government Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS) are eligible to purchase an annual pass for $48.00. Passes are non-transferable. Passes are good for unlimited travel on all Edmonton Transit buses and the LRT.

Senior passes are valid from time of purchase until March 31 of the following year.

First time applicants must apply in person at the 
ETS Customer Service Centre in the Churchill LRT Station. If you require further information on senior citizen bus passes, call 780-496-1665.

Day passes allow you unlimited travel on the bus or LRT. ETS senior monthly pass and tickets are available at all regular
ETS sales outlets in the city, including the ETS Customer Service Centre in the Churchill LRT Station.
