Fares
ETS offers various types of Fares & Passes for traveling on bus or LRT. Adult, Youth, Senior, or DATS customers can use cash or and ETS ticket for a single fare. Monthly passes are available for Adult, Youth, Senior, DATS, and Post-Secondary Students. Seniors may purchase an annual pass. Day Passes are also available. Fare products can be purchased at various locations across the city or through the ETS Online store.
News and Other Information
Courtesy Ticket Exchange Program
- Customers with ETS tickets and unused day passes expiring at the end of the year may exchange them at the ETS Customer Service Centre, located on the concourse level of Churchill LRT Station. They can be exchanged until the end of January of the following year.
CNIB Customers
- For customers who are visually impaired and who possess a CNIB ID card, ETS service on buses and the LRT is free. Use of a white cane or service animal alone does not qualify an individual for this fare service - the CNIB card must be shown to the bus operator upon boarding.
UofA Staff ONEcard (ADMIN-Pass)
- The University of Alberta Staff carry a ONEcard, which is valid for the LRT use only between South Campus and Churchill Station ONLY. This pass allows travel between the University campuses only and is not valid for bus service. This pass does not require a sticker, and must be clearly marked "Staff" on the front to be valid.
