ETS Customer Services Office

The ETS Customer Services office is located in the mezzanine of Churchill LRT Station. It provides lost and found, route brochures and route guides, senior citizen's annual passes and sells all ETS passes and tickets. A $5 payphone card featuring a picture of an articulated bus is also available. VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted for fare products. The Customer Services office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm; closed on statutory holidays.

Lost and Found

The Lost and Found office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm. All articles that are left on Edmonton Transit property and turned in to Transit personnel are brought to the Lost and Found office the next working day. If you left something on the bus or LRT, call 780-496-1622 after noon the next day to see if it was turned in.
