Customer Journey Mapping

Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do and public services need to be continually adapting to the needs of their citizens. That’s why we started the EPark Customer Journey Mapping Project in 2017. To gain both an understanding of the parts of the EPark experience that are working well and other areas that can be improved on - we need to walk in our customers’ shoes.

As a result of our 2017 Customer Journey Mapping Project - we’re working on:

  • An EPark App upgrade to enhance the current user experience
  • The development of new touch screen EPark machines and interface that simplifies the payment process
  • Improvements to invoice and billing processes for our corporate customers
