2018 Open House

January 31, 2018

An open house was held at Robertson-Wesley United Church at 10209 123 Street NW. The public had an opportunity to learn more about the proposed land swap for the St. John’s School site and a portion of the Oliver Park.

Project Timelines

2018

April 12, 2018 - The City sent notices to surrounding property owners within 240 metres of both the St. John’s School site and Oliver Park, and the Oliver Community League.

March 26, 2017 - The City circulated application to City Departments and Utility Agencies for technical review.

March 20, 2018 - The City accepted an application for rezoning and plan amendments for the St. John’s School Site at 10231 120 Street NW to create a new park, and a portion of Oliver Park at 10326 118 Street NW to construct a residential high-rise apartment building.

2017

April 10, 2017 - City sent notices to surrounding property owners within 240 metres of the site and the Oliver Community League.

April 4, 2017 - City circulated application to City Departments and Utility Agencies for technical review.

March 30, 2017 - City accepted an application to rezone land at 10231 120 Street NW and to amend the Oliver Area Redevelopment Plan.

Pre-Consultation Discussions

March 13, 2017 - Applicant had pre-consultation meeting with Oliver Community League Civics Committee.

November 7, 2016 - Applicant had a pre-consultation meeting with residents of Carnaby Lane Condos.

October 3, 2016 - Applicant had a pre-consultation meeting with the Oliver Community League.

September 20, 2016 - Pre-application notices mailed out to 606 affected property owners within 240 metres of the site and the Oliver Community League to ask for feedback on the proposed application.
