The application proposes to rezone the properties from Agricultural Zone (AG) to Site Specific Development Control Provision (DC2), and to develop row housing with a maximum height of 14 metres (approximately 4 storeys).
An associated application, LDA17-0458, to amend the Glenridding Ravine Neighbourhood Structure Plan, has been submitted to align with the proposed rezoning.
