Cloverdale Temporary Beach

Two-way traffic on 98A Avenue (between 95 Street and 96A Street) has been reinstated. 

The area has been formed as a result of LRT-related construction and is only temporary in nature. Please use caution when using the trails to access the area since the entry point is not a maintained trail.


Limited parking is available so we ask the public to be considerate of residents who live in the area. Residents are encouraged to call 311 with any parking complaints.

Monitoring and Enforcement

Park Rangers, Animal Control Peace Officers and EPS will monitor the area. Public intoxication and nuisance crimes should be reported to EPS.
